Basic Personal training/programming plan is a great choice no matter your level of fitness. BCSN believes that no single approach is inherently better than the other. The many systems of lifting and cardio can and should be used together to accomplish the goals at hand. Our programs are highly individualized to fit the client’s current fitness level, work schedule & lifestyle.
As training progresses, client health and fitness details begin to emerge, which allows for better informed decisions to be made regarding exercise selections, load adjustment, volume adjustment, etc. We should note that the client dictates if they are looking for balanced strength and conditioning or if they are looking to focus more in one area than another.
The Full Personal training/programming plan is ideal for individuals/couples seeking more coaching and accountability. This plan also includes Nutrition/lifestyle & habit coaching. If weight loss is a significant goal for you, we consider the Full and Ultimate Online programs to be your best option.
The Ultimate Personal training/programming plan provides the highest level of coaching, mentoring and accountability we offer with the Personal training/programming plans. This plan gives you weekly in person coaching sessions which will further ensure you keep on program, accelerate your progress both in your training as well as lifestyle and nutritional habits and also helps your trainer gather details that allow us to further personalize your coaching, mentoring and programming to your needs.
If you are just interested in getting some advice and training but aren’t willing to commit to a program, we can work with you on an hourly basis.
